Watch and listen
We sit in your office and go out on a job. No screens and no slides. A lot of questions and a lot of note taking.
An hour and half a dayWorth knowing who is asking for your time before you give us any.
Dineth built PropVault because he was running a buyers agency and could not find anything that fit. It is now the system more than 50 buyers agents use for their clients, their purchases, their tasks, their calendars and their documents. He still runs the agency, which means he is still arguing with the product every week, and that is the only reason it looks the way it does. Nothing about that changes for building and pest. Five businesses get to decide what it is, and the first thing we do is come and watch you work.
All of this is running in production right now for buyers agents. We have put inspection wording on the screens below so you can picture it, but today they say client and purchase, because that is who has been using it. What they end up saying for you is one of the things we would work out together.
The property, who booked it, the notes, the documents, the dates and the money all live on the one record. Open it and you have the lot.
Drag and drop columns you name yourself. Property emails already get read automatically and turned into records with the address and agent filled in.
Every step can carry an owner and a due date, so anyone can see what is done, what is waiting and who has it. They roll up into the board and the planner.
Installs to the home screen straight from the browser, no app store and no laptop in the ute. Same system, sized for one hand.
Every job with a date on it sits on a single view, so the one that is about to run out of road is visible before anybody rings about it.
Branded to you. They see their own documents and where things are up to, and they can sign what needs signing without a third party tool.
Every job can record who sent it, and every referrer has a record of their own with notes and volume. If that matters to you, it is already there.
Two way Google Calendar sync and inbox capture on Gmail, Outlook or anything else. Whatever is already in your day stays where it is.
You put limitations in every report you write, so you will understand why we put ours here.
We have not built the inspection version yet. That is the whole reason for this document, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a demo. We are not an accounting system, we talk to Xero and QuickBooks instead. We will not build something that only suits one business, so if it does not help five it waits its turn. And we are not selling you leads. There are more than 50 buyers agents on this platform booking inspections every week, which is worth something once your side of it is live, but we will not put a number on it and neither should you.
You are giving up time and honesty. You are getting a system shaped around your week, at a rate nobody after you gets.
Message us and get a real answer the same day. If it is a setting, we change it and tell you when it is done. If it needs building, you get a yes or a no and a date. That is not a support tier, it is just what five partners looks like.
Most of the work is ours. Nothing you use today gets switched off until you decide to switch it off.
We sit in your office and go out on a job. No screens and no slides. A lot of questions and a lot of note taking.
An hour and half a dayYour week, back to you on paper. The board, the stages, the language and the screens. You sign it off or you send it back, and nothing gets built until you agree.
One sessionBuilt to the blueprint, in your hands as it lands rather than in one big reveal. We migrate what you have across for you. We do migrations most months.
Thirty minutes a fortnightThe next layer gets decided by what the five of you are still doing by hand after twelve weeks, not by what we assumed in month one.
Your call, not oursNo demo yet. There is nothing to demo for building and pest, and showing you the buyers agency version and calling it yours would be a waste of your morning. The first conversation is us listening.
Typed or a voice note while you are driving, whatever is quickest. It tells us both whether this is worth an hour before either of us spends one.
Whoever runs the office and whoever runs the field, same room. We ask, you ask, and we show you where the platform is up to as it stands today.
If it stacks up, we come out for half a day. That is where the build actually gets designed, and it is the part nobody else is going to bother doing.
Dineth Ekanayake · message me on WhatsApp or give me a ring, whatever suits. Early mornings and after hours are both fine, I know when your day happens. Worst case you get an hour with someone who has been on the customer side of a lot of inspections and has opinions about it.
